What changes

Registered plan managers will need a deed of arrangement with the NDIA and may not provide other supports. The start date will be set by Proclamation. If no date is set within 24 months of Royal Assent, it starts on 1 September 2028. Existing plan managers get 6 months to move for some parts.1
