NDIS registration group 0137: Providing an NDIS digital platform service
Registration group 0137 is “Providing an NDIS digital platform service” on the NDIS Commission's list of registration groups.1 Here is the audit it needs, the Practice Standards that apply and the documents to have ready.
In short
The audit
Stage 1 is a desktop audit: the auditor asks for information and evidence, usually off-site.3
Stage 2 is an onsite audit: the auditor looks at how you carry out your policies and procedures. This can include viewing records, visiting your sites, interviewing staff and participants, and observing supports. The Stage 2 onsite audit should take place within 3 months after Stage 1 is complete.3
If you apply for this group together with any certification group, the whole application is audited by certification.1 Read verification and certification audits compared.
